First-time setup

Use the checklist that matches your role.

For chapter members

GreekManage doesn't have self-service sign-up. Your account exists because an org admin approved a request to join your organization (submitted by you, or by an officer on your behalf) or added you directly. The approval email included a one-time link to set your password — that's the only "verification" step, and it happened before your first sign-in, not after.

  1. Complete your profile. Open the user menu → Profile and fill in name, photo, school, work history, and any custom fields your org has configured. → Updating your profile
  2. Set notification preferences. Toggle in-app and email for forum, election, compliance, and admin-action events. → Notifications
  3. (Optional) Enroll a passkey. From Account Settings → Passkeys, click Add a passkey for faster, phishing-resistant sign-in. → Account security
  4. (Optional) Install the mobile app.Mobile app

For chapter officers

Do the member checklist first, then:

  1. Review the Approvals queue. Clear pending member changes and Big-Little proposals from before you took office. → Approvals queue
  2. Check chapter compliance status. Open Operations → Compliance and confirm what's due in the next 30 days. → Compliance submissions
  3. Open Billing. Verify the chapter's outstanding invoice and the configured payment processor.
  4. Schedule any upcoming elections.Running an election
  5. Read the moderation rules for your chapter's Engage forums. → Bulletins & moderation

For org / national admins

If you're brand new and the org was just created, work through these in order:

  1. Set branding. Logo and primary color. → Branding
  2. Create regions if your org uses them, then create chapters and assign them to regions. → Chapters and regions
  3. Decide which modules to enable. The licensable modules in v0.62.1 are Operations, Community, Documents, Learning, Foundation, Alumni, Messaging, AI Services, Data Export. → Module enablement
  4. Configure dues (rates, billing periods, payment processor). → Dues & billing
  5. Set up custom fields for member profiles if needed. → Custom fields
  6. Add consent templates for legal/PII compliance. → Consent templates
  7. Check your storage status. If you need a dedicated S3 / MinIO / S3-compatible bucket instead of the platform default, request it from your platform admin — org admins get a read-only status view, not a configuration form. → Storage status
  8. Invite other org admins.Inviting admins
  9. Bulk-import existing members from a CSV. → Member CSV import
  10. Build your compliance program.Compliance program

For platform admins

  1. Confirm email is configured before any signup emails go out. → Email config
  2. Create the first tenant organization.Create an organization
  3. Add at least one org admin to that tenant — they take over from there.
  4. Schedule backups.Backups & export
  5. Add a second platform admin for redundancy. → Managing platform admins

Last verified against v0.65.23 (2026-07-05). Self-registration retired, account-request-only signup, v0.65.19 — the "verify your email" step for chapter members no longer exists; password setup happens via the account-approval email before first sign-in.
