GreekManage is one platform for running a Greek organization — from national headquarters down to individual chapter members. It replaces spreadsheets, group chats, and one-off tools with a single place to manage membership, dues, elections, compliance, events, forums, and more.
What you can do here
- Members: Update your profile, vote in elections, pay dues, RSVP for events, post in forums, and take learning courses.
- Chapter officers: Approve member changes, run elections, post bulletins, manage chapter billing, and submit compliance.
- Org/national admins: Configure chapters, regions, dues, custom fields, compliance programs, foundation campaigns, and more.
- Platform admins: Onboard new tenant organizations, manage platform-wide settings, audit logs, email config, and backups.
Who is this guide for
Everyone who uses GreekManage. The sidebar on the left is split by role, so jump to the section that matches what you do.
The GreekManage dashboard adapts to your role automatically.
How GreekManage is organized
GreekManage is multi-tenant. Each national organization is a tenant with its own data, branding, and admins. Inside an organization, you'll see this hierarchy:
Organization (national HQ)

│ └── Member
Most of what you see is filtered to your scope. As a chapter member you see your chapter; as a regional admin you see all chapters in your region; as a national admin you see the whole org.
