GreekManage is one platform for running a Greek organization — from national headquarters down to individual chapter members. It replaces spreadsheets, group chats, and one-off tools with a single place to manage membership, dues, elections, compliance, events, forums, and more.

What you can do here

  • Members: Update your profile, vote in elections, RSVP for events, post in forums, take learning courses, and use the AI chatbot.
  • Chapter officers: Approve member changes, run elections, post bulletins, manage chapter billing, and submit compliance.
  • Regional admins: Oversee chapters in a region, review approvals that escalate from chapter level, and view regional analytics.
  • Org / national admins: Configure chapters, regions, dues, custom fields, compliance programs, foundation campaigns, and more.
  • Foundation admins / editors (orgs running the Foundation module): Configure campaigns, donors, bulletins, and tax receipts.
  • Platform admins (GreekManage staff): Onboard new tenant organizations, manage platform-wide settings, audit logs, email config, and backups.

How GreekManage is organized

GreekManage is multi-tenant. Each national organization is a tenant with its own data, branding, and admins. Inside an organization, you'll see this hierarchy:

Most of what you see is filtered to your scope. As a chapter member you see your chapter; as a regional admin you see all chapters in your region; as a national admin you see the whole org.
