Your dashboard
When you sign in as a member, the chapter dashboard is your landing page. It's a single screen that shows what's happening in your chapter and what needs your attention.
The chapter member dashboard.
What's on the dashboard
- Bulletin banner. Pinned messages from your chapter or org leadership. New bulletins show a colored dot.
- Chapter health score. A summary number reflecting compliance, retention, and engagement. Tap for context.
- Dues balance. Your current outstanding dues. Tap Pay to go straight to checkout.
- Quick stats. Members, recent activity, upcoming events, open elections.
- Activity feed. Recent posts, photo uploads, recognitions, and event RSVPs from your chapter.
- Pending items. Anything waiting on you (an open ballot, a survey, an unread bulletin).
What you can do from here
| If you see… | Do this |
|---|---|
| Pay $X due | Click to view invoices. → Paying dues |
| Vote now | An election is open. → Voting in elections |
| Take survey | Complete it. → Retain surveys |
| New bulletin | Read it; it's pinned by leadership |
| Compliance alert | Officers see this; members usually do not |
Customizing the dashboard
The dashboard layout adapts to your role and to the modules your org has enabled. There's no manual layout customization for members — what you see is what your chapter and org configured.
Mobile dashboard
On the iOS/Android app, the same widgets stack into a single scrollable feed. Bulletins and dues are pinned at the top.
Tips
- Set notification preferences to control which dashboard events ping you. → Notifications
- Use the AI chatbot (floating widget, bottom right) to ask "What's due this week?" — it pulls from your chapter's data. → AI chatbot
