Learning is GreekManage's built-in LMS — courses, quizzes, certificates, and rule-based course assignment.

What this module enables

When Learning is enabled:

Common use cases

• Hazing prevention — annual recertification for active members

Course components

A course can include:

• Text lessons (markdown)
• Videos (uploaded MP4 or YouTube/Vimeo)
• Images and downloads
• Embedded resources (PDFs)
• Knowledge checks (ungraded)
• Module quizzes (graded)
• Final assessment (determines pass/fail)

Assignment rules

Auto-assign courses based on member attributes:

• "When a member becomes a Pledge → assign Hazing Prevention with 30-day due"
• "Annually on Sept 1 → assign Risk Management to all active members"
• "When a member becomes a Treasurer → assign Financial Compliance"

Rules run continuously. New members trigger their assigned courses immediately.

Certificates

Members who pass the final assessment get a downloadable PDF certificate with:

• Their name
• Course name
• Date of completion
• Org logo and signatory (configurable)
• Verification URL (anyone can verify a certificate is real)

Dependencies

• Storage — for course videos and images
• Notifications — for assignment, due-date, and overdue reminders

Tips

• Reuse content across orgs — if you're a national org with multiple "chapters of chapters", course content can be standardized centrally.
• Iterate based on quiz analytics — the per-question dashboard tells you which content needs revision.
• Don't assume completion = mastery. Pair courses with chapter discussion to reinforce.
