Member Analytics Visibility settings
Chapter officers and admins see a full Analytics dashboard for their chapter, but regular members see a much smaller Chapter Snapshot card instead — up to 11 metrics on a single card. This page's setting is where a national admin controls which of those 11 metrics regular members are actually allowed to see.
What you see
The Member Analytics Visibility settings card.
Open Org Settings, then the Analytics Visibility section. You'll find a card titled "Member Analytics Visibility", with the description:
"Control which chapter health KPIs regular members can see on their dashboard. Officers and presidents always see everything not marked Hidden; members only see what's marked All Members."
The 11 metrics and their 3-way setting
Each metric gets its own row with a label and a dropdown offering three options: "All Members", "Officers Only", and "Hidden".
The 11 metrics, in the order they appear, along with each one's default setting for a freshly created org (before any admin has touched this page):

Only three metrics — Active Members, Compliance %, and Dues Collection % — start out visible to everyone. The other eight start restricted to officers until a national admin opts them in.
Total Members counts every member on the roster except PNMs and disaffiliated members; Alumni Members counts alumni, active alumni and lifetime alumni. The three headcounts do not add up — inactive members count toward Total but toward neither Active nor Alumni. Risk Status covers both the consecutive-decline count and the At Risk / On Track badge together, since they always render as a single badge on the member snapshot card.
What this setting actually controls
This setting changes exactly one thing: what a regular, non-officer member sees on their Chapter Snapshot card. It does not restrict anything on the officer/admin Analytics dashboards described in Analytics dashboard (org & region) or Chapter Analytics — officer/admin view — per the card's own description text, officers and presidents always see every metric that isn't marked Hidden, regardless of what this page says. "Hidden" is the only setting that also hides a metric from officers.
Saving changes
Adjust any of the 11 dropdowns and click Save at the bottom of the card. The visibility mapping is read fresh from this configuration every time a member's Chapter Snapshot card loads its data — there's no separate caching layer in front of it, so a saved change is reflected the next time a member views their snapshot.
